What Warranty do I get with my Purchase?

Watches on stock pages ' Watch & Pockets ' come with a 12 month warranty
[ All watches on these pages are fully restored & timed ]
Water damage & undue rough handling not covered by warranty

Watches on stock pages ' Unrestored ' are 'as is' and carry NO warranty
[ All watches on Unrestored pages need servicing & cases polished ]

Please Remember: These are restored Vintage watches and should be treated with kindness!

Do you have a return policy?

Ferntree Gully Watch and Clock has a 3 day return privilege.
If you don't like the watch just send back within 3 Days an I will refund the price of the purchase.

Please Note: This refund will not include P & P Paid. Any goods returned are at senders expense.

How much is Postage and Packaging (P&P)?

P & P is by EMS EXPRESS COURIER
Most parcels usually takes 4-5 days.

P &P Dose not include insurance?

Please add $5 AU for insurance
